• In order to trade with us you will need to request an account. An account can be opened by contacting us and requesting an account. We will require the following information.
  • Name of your business and company registration number
  • Delivery and invoice address
  • Name of person responsible for placing orders as well as telephone number and email address
  • Name of person responsible for receiving and paying invoices as well as telephone number and email address
• Depending on the outcome of credit checks we will offer you either a credit card account or credit invoice account.

How do I place an order?

• Orders can be placed either online, by telephone or email. When placing an order by telephone or email please ensure you use the product codes on this website in addition to the specific order quantities you require. 

Do you have a retail shop open to the public?

• We do not have a retail shop open to the public, however please call us on 0800 014 8286 with your enquiry, in most cases we can still supply you.

I cannot find the item I need to order?

• Not a problem, we currently do not have the item listed on our website. It is likely that we will still be able to supply the item in question as we have supply partnerships in place with many of the manufacturers and suppliers, contact us with your requirements and we can add it to the website.
